Return Process

  Contact our logistics team via the support portal or email with your order number and batch details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Ensure all Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and original shipping manifests are included to comply with hazardous material transport regulations.

  Secure Packaging

  Repackage the chemical containers in their original UN-approved outer packaging, ensuring all leak-proof seals are intact and safety labels are visible.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our laboratory confirms the product is uncontaminated and the seals are unbroken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
